From regular weekly check-in's with her followers to food creations that leave your mouth watering, this Instagram content creator is a force to be reckoned with by creating her own little community practicing and promoting good health and wellness.

Her honest approach to her own health and wellness journey has earned her many followers and she is an ambassador for local Saffa brands, Fry's Family, Wazoogles Superfood and Wellness Warehouse, who are all main players in the health and wellness industry.


“I think when you approach wellness from a place of wanting to genuinely care for your body, you can only thrive.” - Tumi in an interview with Get It Bloem.


1) A secret weapon you believe all boss babes should have?

Without a doubt, one of the most powerful weapons you should have is an unwavering faith in yourself and whatever it is you want to achieve.


2) What is your ideal breakfast that fuels you to take on the world?

My food preferences are heavily influenced by the weather, LOL, so at the moment a Wazoogles Oat Pot does the trick!


3) Your top tip for staying motivated & in a good head space to tackle your day-to-day activities?

What I have found to be really helpful is to set an intention for each day and create a list of your top 3 priorities for the day. This always gets me in a positive and focused frame of mind.


4) If you could be any food, what would it be and why?

Chocolate chip cookies because they're guaranteed to make anyone smile :)


5) What do you like to do on your lazy days?

Definitely a Netflix and chill kinda gal.


6) How have you been keeping sane during the COVID-19 pandemic?

The biggest help has been putting together a structured daily routine and sticking to it, but also practicing a whole lot of self-kindness and constantly reminding myself that everything is a little bit wonky at the moment and as a result, it's okay not to be 100% all the time.


7) What is currently your most played song on your playlist?


I currently have Before I Let Go by Beyonce on repeat!


8) Your idea of a perfect workout would be?

A fun sweaty session with friends - I miss group exercise so much!


9) Who is your ultimate fitspo?

I absolutely love Mapule Ndhlovu (@queenfitnass)


10) Tell us, what is your personal favorite recipe creation on @tumis_wellness?

I would have to say my choc chip banana muffins are my current fav for sure :)
